This is a community for people who own and run managed services businesses. It is hosted by The Cyber Harbor Group, but it is not a sales channel. The point is to have the conversations that are hard to have anywhere else, because your peers are usually your competitors and your vendors are usually selling.

A few things worth saying up front.

I run two MSPs myself, Boston Managed IT and Southwest Florida IT. I have made most of the mistakes being discussed here, and I am still making new ones. When I answer something, it is from operating experience, not from a playbook I read.

We do acquire MSPs. If that is why you are here, the Selling Your MSP category is the right place, and you are welcome to ask hard questions in the open rather than on a call. If it is not why you are here, nothing in this forum requires you to ever talk to us about a deal.
